Empire State of Mind - Karaoke Cover (Clean)

Made this recording just for fun, and did it in one take (mostly because it was pretty difficult for me to switch back and forth from rapping to singing, hahaha). As I mention on all my karaoke posts, I’m not vocally trained, I just really enjoy singing (and sharing my stuff every once in a while). Also yes, I’m aware words are missing. I decided to do a “clean” version of the song.

This one is dedicated to my boy @Exceptionmusic (who favorited a tweet I wrote saying that I was thinking about doing this…which essentially made creating this recording obligatory :p). If you want to listen to real quality rap, and you haven’t heard of this guy yet, then I highly recommend giving him a listen. I’ve tacked on where you can get more information about him below.

Breakeven - Karoke Cover

It’s been a while since I’ve uploaded a karaoke file. This time it’s my karaoke cover of “Breakeven” by The Script.

As followers of my blog should know, I haven’t had any vocal training; I just like to sing. Hope you all enjoy this recording! :)

I'm Like a Bird - Nelly Furtado (Karaoke)

Made another recording with my karaoke program. This time it’s my cover of “I’m Like a Bird” by Nelly Furtado.

Since I used a free program, it won’t let me download the music onto my computer, so I had to transfer the audio by recording it again, putting a mic to the speakers. So unfortunately, the audio might sound a little bit sketch. Also it’ll probably sound a little hazy because my good computer mic broke last year and I had to get it replaced. I got the same brand again, but it doesn’t seem to catch the sound as well.

I haven’t had any vocal training; I just like to sing. Hope you all enjoy this recording! :)

She Will Be Loved - Maroon 5 [Cover]

This is my cover of Maroon 5’s “She Will Be Loved.”

It’s not perfect, but I also haven’t had vocal lessons. Hopefully I don’t break any glasses or hurt any ears!

Also, the sound quality isn’t the same as the original because I was using a free program to make this, so it wouldn’t let me download the original track. However, I recorded it onto another program using a mic and then transferred it to my computer so I could upload it here.
